Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Money Orders, E-Checks & Cashiers Checks.


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Damaged Shipments

Angelical Gifts must be notified within 5 business days of any item that is received damaged. An RMA number is required for all returns. RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at or calling 1-979-836-9761. Items must be returned in all the original packaging they are received in. A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, All Sales Are Final! Damage by improper care or handling is Not returnable. 


Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Policy.

You may return most merchandise for a full refund excluding shipping fees (may be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee) within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for originating shipping fees and return shipping fees. After 30 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If an item is returned to us after 30 days, we reserve the right to keep the item, and as per our return policy stated herein, a refund/credit cannot be issued and you will be notified as such. Please be sure to include all original material the manufacturer sent with the merchandise. All Return Merchandise must be in it's original saleable condition when received. Returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received. No Collect shipments will be accepted. Damage by improper care or handling is NOT refundable.

 All returns must be approved by Angelical Gifts and must be accompanied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call 1-979-836-9761 to obtain a RMA number prior to returning an item. Items without a RMA number will not be refunded. Most products are backed by a standard manufacturer warranty. All returns are subject to approval by Customer Service.  

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging.
  • Original invoice or receipt.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.


We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.


Cancellation Policy

Orders that are placed may be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders that are placed by expedited mail cannot be cancelled such as overnight and 2-3 day rush mail etc.
