I thought I would drop you a quick note to let you know how our Gala fundraiser went on November 18th. We were hoping to make about $50,000 from our first event, and we were blessed with making over $220,000! Actually, $100,000 of that was a matching contribution by an anonymous donor. We made about $120,000 from silent and live auction items and direct appeal pledges. It was awesome! The angels were a big hit as our table decorations. We gave them away to the lucky person with the blue tape on the back of their chair. Because they were blessed by our late pastor, Father Mac, they really meant a lot to those who were lucky enough to take her home. It amazed me how many of the men had a soft spot for the angel. This fundraiser will really help our school out with current and future needs. Catholic teachers do not get paid enough and I hope this foundation will help out with their current needs in the classroom as well as tuition for those who cannot afford the price of private schooling.

Anyway, I thought you would like to know what happened and that it is by the grace of God that I found your angels on your website which went perfectly with our theme.

Mary, The set of 4 'Land Before Time' children's books that I ordered as a Christmas gift for my three year old nephew arrived promptly and in perfect condition. My now 18 year old son had enjoyed the 'Land Before Time' videos as a child so I knew the books would be a perfect compliment to the first in the series 'Land Before Time' DVD that I had purchased for my nephew from one of the 'big box stores'. Unfortunately, locating the books was not easy until I went on-line and saw they were available at a place called 'Angelical Gifts'. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from Angelical Gifts in the future.

We ordered the "My Very Own House" for the children of a friend of ours. The package arrived in good condition and we wrapped up the whole works and took it over to their house. All four kids tore open the package and with some help from their mother, they got the box open and were amazed at what was inside. The oldest child was the "foreman" and helped the younger ones put the house together with the easy to follow instructions. Soon after, the children began to color the house and they had a blast. I ordered the figurine welcome home gift for my husband who is deployed. He will return in three weeks from Iraq. While he was there, he learned that St. Michael was the patron saint for Marines. I am sure he will be thrilled.
